I met Nicole through Ms. Carolina today and she was very sweet. She asked great questions to make sure she understood the process of applying the braces onto the patients and she showed genuine interest in the process. She was very sweet to me and very helpful to Ms. Carolina. She is great at holding conversations and I can tell she is very passionate about learning dental work. I really enjoyed the time I spent with her today

Wow I am beyond happy with the Professionalism in the office with the staff the doctor and a big shout out to Brad! I wasn’t sure after my daughter getting her braces today had broken something literally like 40 minutes later. I text the doctor the doctor responded immediately. The office was closed and Brad took time out of his own personal time to come back to the office and assist my daughter! Speaks volume of a customer service that has been embedded in all of the staff! Keep up the amazing work guys you forever have a customer! Brad thank you once again

My son and i have been coming here for almost a year now, we both got braces. The staff is always very friendly, they work well with scheduling, and the results so far are amazing! Megan and Brad are absolutely amazing and i love when im seated in their chair

I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to care for my teeth. I started my treatment in November and the progress I’ve seen is nothing short of amazing. The staff treats me well on my visit. This is not my usual office but I went for an emergency visit before my 2-week trip and luckily Carolina was the assistant assigned to me. She is super friendly and understood my situation. Both herself and Dr. Lach had me in and out quickly. The office is clean and spacious and the staff is friendly.
